Clients must reside in Colorado or Nebraska. If you are a resident of Wyoming, you must be seen in-person.

For private pay or
Mines & Associates clients,
please schedule here. 

Please be aware that I am unable to offer

self-pay services to Medicaid

(i.e. Health First Colorado) clients, per state law.

No Surprises Act: You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.
